Mychial Coat
Instructor: Lee Andersen
Students learn to create a coat from scratch using
upholstery fabric. Each coat is different.
October 16th to November 6th.
10:00 am to 1:00 pm. [ Four sessions ]
Bring lots of pins and any treasures you would like
to incorporate. Jeans and blankets are ideal.
Large fun buttons are available or you can bring your own.
Art Sweatshirt Class
Instructor: Sophia Gupman
Student learn to use color trailing and trapunto to create unique one of a kind sweatshirts with fabric scraps.
November 22nd to December 13th.
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. [ Four sessions ]
Bring Scissors, and a sweatshirt or two you are willing to cut up. Fabric scraps will be provided.
Maryland Fashion Institute partners with Howard Community College
to deliver 6-week (2 hours per week) enrichment courses.
